In the Reserva line, it still remains the finest varietal aromas, ripeness and richness of the fruit; but it’s more complex, challenging and exciting for your nose and palate. These wines exhibit a generous body, elegant tannins, rich volume, and a smooth long after. Aged in oak barrels, special care is taken in maintaining the balance between fruit and wood.

The enology of Secreto uses lesser-known grapes to produce aromatic and fresh-tasting wines.The result, are blends, in part by a recognizable varietal that is revealed in the label, and in part by a “secret blend,” safely kept, which comprises 15% of each Secreto. This line is designed to defy experienced wine drinkers that enjoy atypical varietals with atypical flavors. Secreto labels were designed by the Chilean artist Catalina Abbott.

From small productions, this line is crafted from some of the best grapes selected and hand harvested from specific blocks of Viu Manent`s vineyards. These wines of outstanding character are the result of controlled yields in a single vineyard, completely ripe and concentrated grapes, and aging in oak barrels. Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, comes from blocks 1, 2 and 3 of La Capilla Estate, Single Vineyard Malbec, comes from blocks 4 and 5 of San Carlos Estate, and Single Vineyard Syrah, comes from blocks 1,2,3 and 4 of El Olivar Estate.

El Incidente is Viu Manent’s wager on Carmenere, now considered to be Chile’s emblematic variety. Although it disappeared from the Old World after the phylloxera attack in the mid-19th century, it was rediscovered, rather by accident, in Chile in the early 1990s.

From the wine region of Mendoza – Argentina, borns this unique and elegant Malbec wine, VIBO. ViBo was created by the third generation, the Viu Bottini family,as they continue to follow the path of making the best malbec in the world. ViBo is sourced from selected vineyards located in La Consulta viticultural area, located in the Uco Valley (1.200 mts from the sea level), where the terrior is characterize for its sandy soil, lower temperatures and promximity to the Andes mountains. This wine undergoes a demanding selection process in both the vineyard and the winery. Vibo was aged in French oak barrels for a 15 months period.
